A game being technically runnable does not make it licensed: offering it to the public is a public performance, and it is the venue showing it that is exposed. NelfePlay only lists titles whose exploitation or redistribution is legally authorised — an agreement with the rights holders, a distribution licence, a freely redistributable title, or another applicable legal framework.

Yes. The cabinets, the dynamic surfaces, the challenges and the OBS production make it possible to build a dedicated activation with the studio or publisher.
