NELFE STATION
Network in the making

Want to open the new generation of arcade in your city?

NELFE is preparing a pilot venue first, then a model that can be repeated by operators who share the same standards of play, hosting and quality.

What the concept brings.

  • A distinctive venue identity.
  • NAS cabinets and a coherent technical architecture.
  • Repeatable event and challenge formats.
  • A link to NelfePlay for players, their profiles and the leaderboards on offer.
  • Deployment and supervision tools from NelfeTech.

The pilot venue will settle the organisation, the tooling and the support future operators need.

Three formats, a gradual footprint.

You do not start with a permanent destination. The pop-up tests footfall and hosting, the pilot validates the full model, the permanent Station becomes a network anchor.

Three cutaway models compared: a pop-up with cabinets along the walls and a small central duel platform; a standard pilot with more cabinets, audience seating and a Record post; a permanent Station with an extended line-up, more seating and a lounge area.
Concept visual — layout not contractual. Floor areas and cabinet counts are planning assumptions, not regulatory thresholds. Each site will need a real plan covering escape routes, accessibility, circulation and public-venue regulations. Open full size.

A model to prove before repeating it.

The pilot NELFE STATION has to document the fit-out cost, the staffing needs, the maintenance, the revenue per activity and the frequency of events. The future model will therefore rest on real operating data, not on an abstract projection.

Events and hosted sessions

Tournaments, finals and scheduled evenings.

Private hire and groups

Company, association or birthday formats.

Simple drinks

Depending on the venue. Full catering stays outside the concept.

Sponsorship and launches

Brand activations and game releases.

Cross-operations

Installations and joint offers with neighbours.

NAS sales and services

Sale, rental and services around the cabinets.

The real revenue split will only be published once it has been measured in the pilot. No return is guaranteed.

The process.

  1. Introduction — the project owner and the territory.
  2. Qualification — the location and the funding.
  3. Confidential exchange — sharing the relevant material.
  4. Local study — an operating scenario.
  5. Joint decision — only once the model is available.
