This site only collects what you send voluntarily through a form. No audience measurement tool, advertising pixel or tag manager is installed.

What is collected
The fields of the forms you fill in: depending on the path, your name, your organisation, your email address, optionally a phone number, and the description of your project. The phone number is always optional.
We never ask for bank details, identity documents or financial statements through this site.
Why
To answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare the next steps of the project you describe. This information is neither sold nor passed to a sponsor or any other commercial third party.
Legal basis
Requests about cabinets, venue installations, opening a Station, events and partnerships are handled on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and of our legitimate interest in dealing with genuine business enquiries. Joining the pilot project list is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no tracking cookie, no persistent identifier and no analytics. That is why no consent banner appears: there is nothing to consent to.
One cookie is set, nelfestation_locale. It remembers the language you are reading the site in, so that the home page serves you the same one next time. It holds nothing but fr or en — no identifier — expires after six months, and is readable by no third party. The French data protection authority lists this case among the cookies exempt from consent. Deleting it costs you only that preference: the language switcher stays in the header of every page.
Security and logs
An anti-abuse counter limits how many submissions come from one connection. It keeps a hash of the IP address and timestamps, never the content of requests. Technical logs do not keep the detail of form submissions.
Retention
- Business enquiries with no follow-up: deleted at the latest twelve months after the last exchange, unless an agreement or a dispute requires otherwise.
- Pilot project list: until you withdraw your consent, or at the latest three years after the last meaningful interaction. Minimal data may be kept to honour an unsubscribe.
- Technical logs and anti-abuse counters: six months at most.

You can ask to access, correct or delete information about you using the contact form.

NelfePlay handles player accounts, profiles and leaderboards: that data falls under its own privacy policy, separate from this one.
